1. Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are loaded with the goodness of beta carotene and vitamin A. A portion of sweet potato in your diet would not only promote healthy hair growth but also healthy scalp. Sweet potatoes are also good to prevent problems related to hair. Do include it in your diet plan on a regular basis for getting good results.

2. Quinoa

Quinoa is good for promoting longer hair growth as it is rich in vitamin E and zinc. Zinc in natural form is good for long hair. Zinc also makes your hair shine. Vitamin E helps to strengthen your hair naturally, so it prevents the problem of hair loss and hair breakage. Do include quinoa in different forms in your diet plan.
