It is imagining yourself as you want to be. How you want to look and how you want to feel, because weight loss isn’t only to make you look good but also to make you healthier and fit.

1. Visualize a new you

And start feeling that way. Imagine a new you -a little trimmer and fitter and exercise and eat accordingly. It’s important that you condition your mind.

4. Believe in what you visualize

Do not put yourself down or stop believing that you can lose weight. Keep up the tempo. Feel the same everyday till you achieve your desired weight loss.

5. Stay focused

When you stay focused and determined as you visualize your daily weight loss, you will realize that gradually you won’t be tempted to gorge on burgers or those fattening French fries. You will start eating healthy without making an effort.

6. Don’t lose the faith

Now that you have started visualizing a new you and a new life, keep the faith. A good diet and exercise coupled with a healthy creative mind will do wonders for your weight loss efforts.
Those stubborn pounds will just melt away if you really put your mind to it. Creative visualization for weight loss is just that. Imagining what you want to look like and achieving it.
